Just a reminder that SG requires you to deliver exactly what the listing promises, so if your key doesn't actually provide the two soundtrack DLCs, the winner will be required to mark the giveaway win as "Not Received" until those DLCs are provided.
That said, SteamDB is only showing two "Red Faction [Complete] Collection" listings, both with identical content, so it's most likely just a matter of the soundtracks not properly being listed [wherever you obtained your key from].

Too much time passed since I got these games, but I think there was a bundle like the one of this GA available back then, and in fact the soundtracks are the only things I am still missing (though I'm not entering this, because I prefer people without the games to enjoy it).
It all happened too long ago, though, so I don't remember how I got them. In my Account History it seems I purchased 3 games from the Steam store at the same time, but I also noticed that that section don't show bundle names but just their content, so it might have been a bundle, and then I'm pretty sure I've got the remaining stuff from bundles. The funny thing is that it doesn't even show that I ever redeemed Armageddon, but just its DLC (at a later time, from an external store).
It was THQ back then, and they were doing a lot of very cheap bundles both on Steam and HB, so anything may have happened.

Well, I searched the listings by "Red Faction". If there's a key that's not labeled under that [Humble keys wouldn't be, for example] or never properly got labeled in the first place, then it'd be easy to overlook. As I said, there's a risk involved but, the most likely explanation would be that the soundtracks just aren't properly listed by the site in question.
On that note, you likely got Armageddon from a combined tier Humble key, so it's not unsurprising that it's not showing up in your redemptions. I believe all the THQ Nordic bundles showed up in licenses as Nordic [eg, "Nordic A (HUMBLE)"], so that'd be the term to search for.
I mean, even if all the games had been free in the past, I think it'd still be hard to justify entering a large game collection just for a couple of soundtracks. They'd.. have to be both amazing and expensive to warrant that, I think. Of course, I've seen users request to enter expensive unbundled game collections for a $2 DLC before- several times, in fact- among more frequent, only slightly less dubious requests; As such, there are certainly those who believe differently..

In fact, I really like the soundtracks, especially the Armageddon one, so it was tempting, but whatever. I really like these games and I hope they went to someone who wanted to play them.
I do enter just for DLCs, but only if there's quite an amount of money involved (like more than the base game's worth)...and yeah, I've seen people like those you described too. Just wait for a sale and buy it for 0.50 if you really care :P
Anyway you were right, it's listed as "Nordic B (HUMBLE)" (it doesn't give out any other detail so I guess it's that one, and should be Armageddon alone). I thought THQ was still in the business back then, so much time has passed since that event...time does really fly.
I wish they showed something more descriptive, though, but at least the mystery is solved now :)
