Looks like it's related to trouble in changing your user name (the provided code is the generic code for "player" :D). Could you please open the game, change the player name to your SG name -- be sure to hit the DONE button after you do (pretty sure that's why you had an issue before), then just suicide really quickly to get the Game Over screen and update the Google sheet with the right code?
