That would explain the lack of entries... ;-)

Looks like the problem is that SteamGifts can't tell you have the base game because Steam is still "learning" about it. SteamGifts relies on the Steam API, which seems to be lacking here.

So, looks like these DLC can't be given away here until Steam has learned its lesson or improved its API!
