Hi, Are you saying the key is region restricted? thanks. If so I'll remove my entry. I purchased tier 1 in north america and it when giving away the base game gift link it did not mention a region restriction when I did so. (Not meaning to spam, just don't want to enter if I shouldn't. thanks)
