There were some non-activated wins shown on user's account. I created a ticket, but the said games(NAW) weren't on user's won list. It got both support and me confused. So I just wanted to ask if there was some sort of error on SGtools. Later support found out it was from Pop Cap collection. Sorry for disturbing you.
