Maybe your account wasn't newly synced with Steam/settings not correct?
Press your account button in the top right of your screen, and then press 'Sync Account' after every time adding game(s) to Steam to have SG know about you owning them.
While in your account settings, press 'Giveaways' and make sure your settings are set to not show already owned games.
Some DLC:s will still show up, because of problems reading them, but full games should not if these settings are correctly done.

It's not the missing key(s) that irks me to tell you the truth; I have my fair share of wins already and I mean c'mon, you're a level 10, you have given so much to us here already, and on top of that; we are all aware that shit happens every now and then.
