By entering this giveaway, you agree for it to be deleted if the key is invalid. I bought this as a retail copy that should hopefully be valid; no plastic wrap but security seals & sticky tape so I'm at least 80% sure it works if they bothered with that. Hopefully it won't turn out to be already used like my Flockers key but let me know if it is.

True. The desciption is irrelevant for that.
@LelouchLamperUn: Whenever creating a giveaway you have to make sure the key works. And if it doesn't you can kindly ask the winner to let you delete the giveaway. If they don't however you get a penalty.
