hello sorry to bother you here but I avoid post on forum XD
for begin happy birthday

I have test to solve your puzzle without hint but I can't find 2 and 10 even with hint XD
(for 9 I see your flag on moon before I have the hint but I have test the 2 name of hero in https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/O_dw%C3%B3ch_takich,_co_ukradli_ksi%C4%99%C5%BCyc_(powie%C5%9B%C4%87) / Two Who Stolen the Moon and after with hint I couldn't find the last name of twin XD )

just to say you finaly with the hint you have give on forum I can find answer for almost all but for 9 even if I found what is the origin I can't find last name :s
i will try again tomorrow (thanks for hint you have give on forum and hope you can give us another hint for 9 ^^ )
