Unfortunately, I'm having trouble accessing the key for now... My HB account was inaccessible for quite a while now since I cant get past my 2FA Authy app because I've changed my phone number previously. Usually redeeming keys are not an issue since I can just see the key without actually login into my HB account. However, they've changed that recently I guess and I can't see the key even though I've clicked claimed from your gift link.
I've send their support and email about this and hopefully I can get it sorted out as fast as I can. I hope you can bear the wait before I can click on the received button for now. I'm sorry for the inconveniences. Will update you once the issue is settled :(

Exactly. HB for some reason is always a hassle to me one way or another zzz I still haven't received any reply from their support team and Authy's as well.

Yes, I can finally access my HB account after 3 years! Kudos to Authy's support for their quick help. Game is redeemed and in my play list. Thanks so much for the game and your patience, Lolek! Cheers :)
