I made some mistake with my keys so please enter only if you allow me to delete the GA if the key is dupe.
I think there is 99% that must work.

in fact if I ask the support to delete the GA for a dupe key, the winner must be ok about that
otherwise the winner set the key as not received and that enter in my statistic

I do that for old key, 99% of case the key is ok but sometimes the key is dupe.
I don't get problem with that, people understand the problem.
And I don't do that for a big AAA game. It's just a little game with < 50% good rate.
And if the winner don't want to delete the GA, then ok it will be marked as not redeemed, that's not a lot important.
I have about 5/2,200 games not redeemed and every time that was a problem with the winner, not with the key.
