Difficult to answer - back when Final Fantasy games were only on PlayStation, it was my favourite console. But my last 2 consoles have both been XBox's (an XBox 360 that I won in a competition and an XBox One X), I feel they work nicer with the PC ecosystem, especially with the new XBox Game Pass Ultimate, and I have been getting most of my Final Fantasy fix these days on my PC. Also, with the XBox I can stream both from the XBox to my PC, or from my PC to the XBox, so I can play PC games on my TV, or if the TV is being used by someone else to watch something, I can still play the XBox games on my PC.
I suppose I'm dating myself, but Fairchild Channel F. It was obscure when it was new, my parents bought it when it was a closeout (possibly while the store was closing down?). We got just two cartridges with the thing. One was air hockey and the other one was blackjack. I think table tennis/pong was built in?
It wasn't so much the console that was great, it was the controller. It was a joystick AND a paddle all-in-one. The two buttons were pulling up and pushing down. You got the controller by default. A decade later, nobody had even bothered to match it.
I guess it's 4, because I'm Turkish and internet was really expensive 20 years ago (it's still expensive and shitty.). Because of God of War and Last of Us series, Ghost of Tsushima, Detroit: Become Human games. However, I always wanted to play Silent Hill games and Until Dawn. But as far as I know you can play old PS games from PS4 so that would be my choice. By the way, I'm a PC player.

The Gamecube was really fun, especially with others. Smash Bros and 007 was great in multi.
