A racing car in pseudo-3D with 16-bit graphic à la SEGA. Actually quite nice looking (with real 3D you need a lot of effort to look even halfway decent, for good 2D sprites you just need to draw well).
As for the gameplay, I wouldn't know (I never played it and I'm not really into racing anyway), but there's at least two Linux curator reviews saying the game runs well and is really fun. Ratings are also quite positive.
