This is it, actually, that's why I had mixed feelings about Max Payne 3 because it didn't have that noir feeling.

Games: The Wolf Among Us, Grim Fandango, Max Payne series, Gemini Rue

Blade Runner (if you count it as film noir).

Sunset Blvd, The Big Sleep, Touch of Evil

Not a big Noir film fan but I did love LA Noir however.. ;). I wish Rockstar would make a sequel

I'm not aware of any movie of the genre that I might have seen but I certainly bookmarked some titles to watch just now
