The key shouldn't be in use, it came straight from the fanatical mystery bundle, so I am going to have to reach out to fanatical support.

Do you mind sending a screenshot of what it says when you try to redeem so I can open a case with support?

I went ahead and opened a case with fanatical support. It's funny, this isn't the first time I've received a used key from them when buying a mystery bundle.

Sorry for the spam. I purchased a brand new key and changed it so you don't have to wait for fanatical. Please let me know that it works (it should, just bought it!).
