How much are you looking forward to the Final Fantasy VII remake anyhow? Do you think it will be as well-received as the remake for Resident Evil 2, or do you think it won't live up to the hype? I also wish they would change one little aspect of the game (a certain heart-breaking moment, if you will). ;)
Visually I am really happy with what they did and present at e3.
On the gameplay side, I have a strange feeling, I liked the presentation but over the whole duration of the game I am more perplexed. What will materia management bring to us and how can it be used? If it's just to press one button to fight and wait for the gauge to fill up?!? Too many questions at the moment I'm waiting to see.
I don't like at all the episodic format that is planned... I'm not convinced at all by this format with this game.
For the story, I don't agree with you. It must not be changed. Of course we know it and it has touched us all in the depths of our souls, but for me it must remain unchanged.
Will I buy it... I'm waiting to see because the price is at first sight too high for a remake. Even if I want to believe it of course.

I do agree with you about the episodic format. That does not fit this kind of game at all!
And while I wish that moment could be changed, I guess I do agree that leaving it like it was is probably the best thing.
I will probably wait for it to have a decent price as well. I just hope it won't become an Epic exclusive!
