The "grace period" of seven days has expired and your winner has still not marked your gift "received." If you have included a key, toggle it "off" again so that it may no longer be viewed, then file a "Request New Winner" ticket.

If, on the other hand, the key has been viewed by your winner, then file a "Request Received Feedback" ticket, instead. Remember to include any documentation (e.g. screenshots) of the delivery of your gift should it be applicable.

Not surprised since this winner is a scammer and a liar :( I recommend blacklisting him but i'm glad to notice he has been suspended permanently already.
