I've chosen you to address this with, as I doubt anyone (except perhaps Lugum) would accuse you of favoring me or my perspective in any way, given our history.
Anyway, when is support going to address the group of individuals following bambi around in the EGS thread, continually harassing, bad-mouthing, and otherwise stalking him? He has become the victim of constant attacks and bullying, while he has done nothing even remotely of the sort himself. In point of fact, he's been contributing relevant information recently, and still comes under attack from this group of individuals.
Is support going to turn a blind eye and allow this mob action to continue? They've also begun to attack other users who disagree with their viewpoint, often resorting to the "mentally challenged" insult (just another way to say "you're retarded", no?) while contributing nothing of value to the discussion. In fact, they're spamming the thread more than he is now, and more often than not, their comments are about him.
I'm no fan of bambi myself (and have tried to reason with him on another occasion), but I find the behavior of this particular group of individuals to be far more disturbing, given the nature and continued escalation of their comments.
I got drowned in work these past few weeks, so I'm not up to date with that particular drama. With that being said, I'll check out that thread now but if you can also provide specific examples (screenshots, links, etc) I'll be more than happy to act on those and issue a few justified suspensions

I've filed multiple support tickets about zulu6x, pripkun, and dohlicious, I am assuming you can search the support tickets for them. If not, I can link them directly. Invariably, anytime bambi350 posts, those three, along with a couple others, are posting either to him or about him nearby. The last couple of pages of the EGS thread are as good a place as any to start once you have a bit of free time. They spam the thread quite regularly, contributing little but disruption.
Please understand, I'm not myself a big fan of bambi350's posting style - though I find it quite easy to ignore his innocuous comments, but he hasn't once responded to these individuals (or anyone, to my knowledge) with even the slightest bit of hostility. In fact, he ignores their comments entirely.
My perspective is as follows - if one side of the equation is going to be dealt with, aggressors on the other side should be dealt with as well. If not, once bambi350 stops posting, they will simply find another easy target, as most bullies/mobs do.

Well, here's an example of them mobbing up on a user for calling one of them out for his poor behavior. They did the same to me a month ago, when I pleaded with all of them (including bambi) to chill out because they're disrupting and derailing the thread.
They're all over that thread, wherever you find bambi posting. It's really too bad zulu6x can't take his own advice and ignore it and move on. You know, like grown adults do. As as aside, I thought it was cute a guy with 17 giveaways is already using SG buzzwords like "leech." :P
I'm dying to share my perspective with those folks, but I'll leave you moderator types to do your moderating.

Thanks for the links, I've issued some suspensions now and will keep a close eye on the thread.
Even if you link them, that wouldn't help much. One of the drawbacks of being a junior mod is that we cannot access user reports or close threads
