The October 2019 humble bundle was a total whiff for me, unfortunately. I'm debating if I just keep battletech, but the reviews are mixed, I have a massive backlog, and cherished memories of the crescent hawks inception that this will likely fall short of. So likely I will give it away too... But, my disappointment shall be several other people's gain! 🙂
I have good memories of the Crescent Hawk games too. Got them in a three-pack with the DOS Mechwarrior way back when. I don't have Battletech, but asked my brother who does about it. He said it was closer to MechCommander, but with only 4 mechs under your control. Has some optimization issues, but he still likes it. Hope that helps in some way.
