One quest should be different (you can't choose sex as a reward) but the rest of the game is uncensored. If you want the fully uncensored game you can redeem it on GOG.com. I have the Australian version on Steam, I redeemed it on GOG and played that version.

When you have Witcher 2 on Steam, you should have an option to get a CD key. To get the game on GOG, enter it here. (though apparently it's unavailable right now. Too much traffic?)
