My laptop died, the motherboard stopped working... common problem made by Hp's laptop -_-
I want to say thanks to hp for having the smartest baboons working on their laptops, seriously, this problem has been here for 4 years

Yeah, had a DV6 that had the MB fry as well. Kind of sucks.

Worst part: When I did my monthly clean up, a light blue plastic bit fell off. I didn't know what happened so I tried turning it on to no avail. Researched about the blue plastic: it's what seperates the motherboard from the graphics card

Take Motherboard of and but it in oven, it can help ;P (I did fix my older laptop with this way, just remember to take all plastic part off. ;D)

because... IDK? I'm not going to fry my motherboard inside an oven, I've decided to just leave it be, and but it in a corner. burying it was really just allowing dust to cover it
