i stand up and stretch for a min every 30 min
and keep a small pillow behind my lower back to push against
till i save for a better chair

A friend once told me this and it actually works. Get one of those little sticky papers and write something like "Sit straight" or something similar. Then place it on your monitor and whenever you look at it you will remember that you need to sit properly... :)

Only one thing that is bothering me now and for this I want your opinion.
I am a habitual offender at sitting with bad posture.
What chair or shortcut do you guys use to keep sitting with good posture while gaming and not end up like this or this.
That's pretty much me but on an office chair and I even manage to place my legs on the desk itself.
I need some good sitting habits
