Are you sure the killer is dead is region locked ? I can see it for 4€ too and I'm EU2

I don't think that's the issue, more that in the past GMG have been know to sell keys specifically catered to the buyer's region. So for example if they have a Russian customer, they'll sell them a RU key, but if they have a French customer they sell them a ROW key of the same game.
It happened here- http://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/qvR3k/well-i-dont-really-like-gmg-now where the OP of that thread bought Skyrim in Estonia and his friend in India couldn't activate it as GMG sold him a RU/CIS key. Bethesda counts Estonia as part of RU whereas most other publishers don't. If I buy Skyrim from there to give away (and I have) then I get a ROW key as I'm in the UK.
As far as Killer is Dead goes, there is such a thing as a North America+ROW key which can activated pretty much anywhere but Europe. So unless someone can confirm otherwise there is a possibility that they'd sell that key to the OP. In EU2 you'd get one that you can activate, and seeing as there are no locks that apply to EU2 everyone else would be able to activate it too and it would be safe to give away.

As far as I'm aware Killer is Dead doesn't have a similarly restrcted SubID to it's name that would allow activation in EU2 but not elswhere. Clicking on each one from this page they have one that will work for everywhere but Europe (that the op could get if he's unlucky), one that will only work in Brazil, one that will only work in RU/CIS and one labelled as "Asia" that won't work in Europe, North America, Russia or Australia/NZ.

So it would be a Russian roulette, if they sell him 33570 or 42730. I would bet they will sell him the restricted key.
I still feel bad about that giveaway. I just don't want anobody more to go through the same issue (I also won £10 from their Playfire Rewards today, but due that previous issue I don't want to create any giveaway, sorry)

Someone else from Mexico (same place as OP) just posted that they got the (NA+ROW) one if you didn't already see, so yeah, that would have sucked if he got that and a European won the GA.
And yep, it's totally understadable what you're saying after what happened to you and to the winner of your GTA one.

Killer is Dead (NA+ROW) Just got it. Im in mexico, i have no problems activating Na keys though my region is considered central america i think.
In other words. Na games are more expensive, and since i got a game more expensive than my region, its fine to activate it.

OP said he's in Mexico in another thread I saw too. So if he bought it and a European won they wouldn't be able to activate. It would be ok for him though if he wanted to play it.

The other giveaway would be extra, after the wolfenstein giveaway ends I'll make another for the people that didn't enter for Wolfenstein. I'll have to figure out how to do it, maybe a temp group that I'll remove after the giveaway or share the link to a private giveaway to the people that choose to not enter the Wolfenstein ga.
But I'll see, if no one votes for that then I'll only do the Wolfenstein one.

I won £10 from their Playfire Rewards. And wanted to share with you. It's not much but I was thinking between Killer is Dead and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood but it seems Killer is Dead might be locked to only NA and Wolfenstein can't be activated in Germany.
So right now even though it can't be activated in Germany I'm going for Wolfenstein: The Old Blood but if you have any other suggestions within the limit (I could probably go as high as 7.5 dollars) it could be something like like 2 Alone in the Dark and 1 Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare. You can also vote to wait for tomorrow's offers.
