Green man gaming & Playfire rewards

Hi there. I have ~20$ on playfire.com, but only 2$ gmg credit. How to synchronize?

Also > http://www.greenmangaming.com/tradein/
returns a 404 error.

Click "Spend It" on Playfire. It should move you to gmg and you will see remaining credit.

Sometimes 'buying' something free, like eve online 30 day demo will update it too.

In theory, you just need to login to GMG. Did you get a large amount of rewards in a short amount of time?

Theoretically all you need to do is logout of your GMG account and log back in. That's what I've seen Playfire support use as a canned response. If that doesn't work then you probably have to open a ticket with Playfire support. Unfortunately it could be a very long wait.

Log out > log in. That help me everytime my Playfire rewards are not added in my GMG account.
