  1. IT has nothing to do with finding information about people or learning how to sue them
  2. You can't sue him for anything, you didn't make any of the games, he didn't pirate your games.

I really couldn't care less about him. I bought all games I had pirated when I found about Steam, I don't pirate games anymore.
