Actually, a fire extinguisher provides for very little actual cooling in relation to its volume and mass. It is really a fire suppressor as the Co2 starves off the fire of its oxygen. Granted, the expansion of the compressed Co2 as its released into the environment does provide for an amount of cooling, there would be far quicker and more efficient methods.
Liquid nitrogen for example would provide for an almost instant cooling of any drink without dilution, however, the practicality of such a thing would be called into question. Dry ice on the other hand would provide for a more optimal solution as it is readily available and cheap, it also wont dilute your drink.

I looked at the international shipping, and that is totally ridiculous.
Even in the US, the shipping is almost doubling what I'm putting in my cart. I thought about getting a friend of mine the Megaman Air Freshener (who doesn't want to smell Megaman, right?), but even though it was $3, the shipping was $7 more.
