Any services like Steamgifts for console games?

There are plenty of games I want to play that are console only, but I'm a low income guy, and can't afford many things, I was wondering if there's any service similar to this for console games. Also, possibly to win the consoles themselves too because I dont have a PS3 or Vita and I really want to try Tokyo Jungle

I don't know about console games, but Steamgifts doesn't give away gaming computers so I doubt you'll find a website that gives away consoles.
