I didn't know that steam guard data can be backed up.
What i am wondering is my trade and market will open next saturday. When i use websites like steamgifts, steamtrades will my market and trade will close for another week? I formatted several times before and this is the first time i encountered such a problem. Don't know what to do.
Can "deauthorize all other computers now" option help?

"deauthorize all other computers now" will not help.
as madjoki already set, formating your pc deleted the SteamGuard file, thus your pc is detected as a "new device" and you are blocked 7 days from trading.
after those 7 days everything will be back to normal, unless you're planing to format again.

You are right mate. After 7 days everything should be back to normal. My trade was open this morning because 7 days passed since last saturday. I logged in to csgolounge website for some skin trading. Then my trade blocked for another 7 days.
I already logged in from the same browser after format. Logged in to steam, steamtrades, tf2outpost, tf2outpost and dispenser.tf sites from the same browser and didn't delete cookies or anything.
When i login from the same browser steam continues seing it as "access from new computer" That's the problem. I hope it doesn't continue next saturday. Otherwise i won't be able to use websites or i think i have to format again. :(

Hi everyone. I have a problem about trading and market. I use steam on my laptop, firefox and my tablet.
I formatted my old laptop last saturday and installed Windows 8.1. Then i installed steam. I logged in from both steam and firefox browser. I typed 5 letter "access from new computer" code in steam and firefox. My market and trading is closed for 1 week. I also continued using steam from my tablet.
I logged in to steamgifts, steamtrades and tf2outpost during this week. This morning i was finally able to trade. Then i logged in to csgolounge this morning. There was no access from new computer mail or code but suddenly i am unable to trade or use the market for another 1 week. When i log in from browser this process renews it's 7 day time period.
What should i do? I don't want this situation to repeat itself next saturday.
Will "deauthorize all other computers now" option help? Please help me guys.
