my friend won a bundle of 4 games so is it ok to give away a single game from a bundle of many games that you won?

Yes. If it is a steam redeemable CD key or a steam gift. Read the FAQ and stop making these posts.

The FAQ hasn't been updated regarding bundles... so it isn't really fair to lambaste people for asking about it until someone gets around to fixing the pages.

You're right i am being unfair. Honestly i have no idea what the op is trying to say, if his friend won a gift then I guess it would be fine for the op to give away one of the games?

When you say "won", do you mean he won it from this site (steamgifts.com)? If so, this is an area that an admin really needs to step in and make a judgement on application of policy.

If he "won" the game bundle from somewhere else, and it's something like an indiegala... then again... an admin should come in and give an official ruling since the FAQ is out of date and doesn't explain the rules about this.

If he "won" this bundle in some other way, and it's just a bunch of games in a pack and he now has an extra copy... that should be fine.

Someone won a bundle giveaway, but that someone is not interested in all games, so the question is: Is it legit to regift one game from the bundle that you have won?

I guess you can't understand him because he doesn't use proper grammar? It's okay, plenty of folk here don't understand when there are no commas or dots. Let me rephrase it. If I win a bundle giveaway (full bundle, 4 keys), and I have one game from the bundle, can I give it away? Just replace I with "My friend".

If my translation is correct he's asking if he can trade 1 game from a bundle he won on here. If i'm correct the answer is no as it counts as regifting.

For bundles the original idea of preventing re-gifting and/or trading loses its meaning. What use it is to have three copies of a game that you cannot use in any way?

Anyway, it would be nice to get a confirmation for this from the administration.

My thought on it: If you already have one of the games from the bundle you won, you should be able to gift it away. Otherwise, I would see it as regifting.

e.g. Bundle contains games a, b, c, and d. Winner owns game d already. Winner may gift away game d.

Do not make a giveaway for anything that you win from Steamgifts. If you win a bundle, activate all games. That's what any admin will tell you.
