What is the differences between The Ship and The Ship Complete Pack ?

I got the complete pack from a giveaway, It contained the ship tutorial, the ship single player, and the ship (multiplayer). I assume The Ship doesnt include the single player campaign? But I'm honestly guessing.

There is no difference. There are just 2 different entries in the list because the store has a page for both.

Is The Ship the base copy which spawns 2 x 2 pack?

nonono, THE SHIP is only the multiplayer, but THE SHIP COMPLETE PACK is the multiplayer and the singleplayer (both have tutorial)

Humm that's strange. I won the ship (not complete pack) on here and got multilayer, tutorial, and singleplayer.

I don't think the Multiplayer only version even exists anymore. The 2 should be the same, and include both the MP and SP versions. I've never seen a copy give only the MP.
