What happen if you won a giveaway but you don't receive the key?

i mean, i have won a giveaway of metro 2033 (5 days ago), but the guy who have to send me the key don't do it yet.
finally if not sending me the key, what i can do?

give him 2days more and mark it as not received.

sometimes either the gifter/receiver is not online all the time.

sometimes i go out 1 week (where no net is available for work) until i go home.

he is online sometimes in Steamgifts, but no it Steam.

When it has been almost 7 days, just try contacting them through Steam. Some people forget they have made giveaways. If they dont answer, or say you wont get the game, mark it as "not received"

With 0 gifts ever sent, and a Steam account with only 7 games and 2 VAC bans, and I will mention nothing about the "RUS stereotype" - not to mention he is fact online on this site, it's not looking good that it will be completed. You can just mark not received and continue on with your SG entries.

Try to contact the creator on steam. If no response, wait for 7 days from the day the giveaway ended. Mark it as not received. Nothing else you can do about it.
