Giveaway with asterisk

Yesterday i purchased a code for the "RISE OF FLIGHT: CHANNEL BATTLES EDITION - FURIOUS WINGS" and i wanted to give it away through here.

The game seems to have an asterisk and by reading the linked thread (i am referring to the second link found in the giveaway creation page) i am thinking that it has been on a bundle before? Am i right? Or something else made it to have an asterisk?

Finally, the asterisk means that i can't make a giveaway with that game?

Bundled game? I think it has an asterisk if it has been in a bundle before. But you can still do a giveaway.

you can make a giveaway, but it will be counted as Bundle Value. You can read more about Bundle Value and Non-Bundle Value here.
