I didn't see a lot of new games except VR stuff, too bad.
Things I liked: Detroit looking nice, God of War is cool, Spider-Man looks... actually pretty great. :D

Days Gone, Marvel vs Capcom Infinite, God of War, Detroit Become Human, Spider-man. Those are the ones I'll buy. Obviously, when I get the console. Obviously, not tomorrow, nor next year. Maybe in 2042 when there's an stable emulator.

Games looked fun. Nothing worth getting hyped for or pre-order. My first time actually watching E3 too.

I'm glad they showed more combat for God of War, it looked pretty good. More excited about Monster Hunter World, especially since it's coming to pc as well.

Monster Hunter World is a must have title for me.
By the way, re-remastered version of Shadow of the Colossus? Really?! Re-remastering games is a very slippery slope, don't you think?.

so now we have not only the game with remaster but the E3 is a remaster too
Where is the new games ?

Quite underwhelming from Sony IMO, with the exception of the Horizon Zero Dawn DLC, and of course Shadow of the Colossus. A remake from the ground up, and to be honest it's such a good game I would buy it either way.

No Bloodborne 2 and no The Last of Us sequel.

Surprisingly to some, but Ubisoft have probably had the biggest surprise of E3 so far.

Metro Exodus was a good surprise too. Anyway, most of these titles are just PS exclusive titles. Other games are coming to Playstation too but were already presented by others in this E3.

Very underwhelming. It felt like I was watching the remaster edition of their last one plus spiderman and fishing. That fishing though...

If you cared about God of War before, you would have been deppresed with the rest of us of what they have done to the gameplay, it's horrible in comparison to the original ones, even the setting is worse.
Alot you said about Days Gone is false, Pluss their not zombies. Their freakers.

Spiderman looked quite cool at first but then it became a QTE-fest :(

As a PS4 owner, I was pretty disappointed. Not a whole lot clicked with me.

I have a large backlog of games already, so I'm OK with that!

MH:W is probably going to dissapointing, it's rumoured to be the western/causal MH game that was leaked earlier.

Bump, thanks for linking the other threads. My goal at the end of this was to have one final discussion thread, but life got in the way. I closed my other threads so everyone can get the full TL;DR and discuss it here without too much spam. :D

I was a little disappointed in Sony's conference, as I was really hoping for some Last of Us 2 news. I mean, they've already dropped a teaser trailer for it, why ignore it completely for this E3?

God of War looked good. Of course, I still have to go back and play the entire series, but it's a series that's really intrigued me and I'm glad they are still pumping out games for it.

The Detroit game was exciting. My wife was ecstatic when she recognized the leading guy as one of the actors from Grey's Anatomy, which was funny to me. Wife hates gaming. She's excited to play this one though. CRUSH MUCH? lol

Now Monster Hunter is the one I'm probably the most excited about. Lord, AND it's coming to

Whoooo, E3!

Why did you close them? :S The tl;dr is already supposed to be the OP so it never gets buried among comments

So you can change or make a new thread linking all of them and having the discussion in one place ;D

You got this homie

I don't see a reason to do it :S And not like any of the threads have more than 100 comments. I think people already commented what they wanted, or created separated threads for things that hype them the most.

This Sony conference was meh when it could easily have been good. God of War, Detroit, Spiderman and Uncharted 5 were good highlights, but there wasn't any surprises beside Shadow of the Colossus.
