Gifts not received?

Hello, so here is my problem: 2 people won Tidalis and Eets, but they hven't received thos gifts, even i sent them. Here is a pciture:

Did they activate it? If so, maybe CG can manually set it to "User received gift".

I was giving away some EETS as well and I added all of my winners and told them to go on SteamGifts.com and click "I received my Gift". This way I have a positive response from all of them :)

Oh,i see, so it's their problem because they dont activated gifts. Even if i wouldn't send those gift i would got an exclamation mark instead of cross.
