It's an old bundle concept from the Steam days of old when "buy to complete set" bundles did not exist.
If you check the SteamDB page of the bundle, they keep changing it from "buy to complete set" to "purchase as set" every few months, so not sure what's going on with that.

Would be gifting from an ALT-account work? Like my side acc has no game and i could gift it to my main? (i also own one - so i can just buy it as a gift and not for me)

Woah, thanks. So the gifting from an ALT-account works if you remove the owned game before? What do you mean with step 3)? I get all the steps, but dunno what that means. Steps in my head would be remove games -> purchase gift from alt -> redeem. So what is 3)?

If you really want it you can remove the one game you own through steam support and then buy the bundle, basically repurchasing said game, but if you want the other 3 that much its a pretty decent deal

They fixed that workaround.
It will give an error that you already own a game, regardless if the license was "removed" (Basically hidden, they are not removed)
You can't add it if you receive it as a gift from someone even with the licenses "removed".

when did they fix the receive as a gift with license removed?
I know I had to use that method for one of the Bioware bundles in the past year.
needless to say the account I had created to potentially farm cards from summer/winter events isn't limited anymore :)

Does that mean that removing a -100% license and then activate a normal key would not work to remove restrictions on a game (drop trading cards etc)? π€

If you remove a game license, you can still add/activate a new license for the same game if you have a retail key.
You will actually have two or more licenses registered for the game.
So yes you can remove a (-100% free) "complimentary license" and add a retail license.
However Steam won't let you buy the game again or buy "Purchase as a Set" or redeem Gift for "Purchase as a Set" bundles if you have even one item from that bundle, regardless if the license is "removed". It will give an error.

There are some games where I don't mind the restriction, but I would have liked card drops on Little Nightmares and Tomb Raider. π

i'm not sure I understand exactly what the problem is, but as I mentioned, this is a "Purchase as set" bundle, if you had ANY of the 4 games already, it won't allow you to buy the bundle.
There doesn't seem to be any country restriction on SteamDB.

It seems to be fixed now, the bundle shows -85% and 5,83β¬ for me now (I own Shiro).

That's strange, I still see it as 2.91β¬ (-93% off) whether I'm logged in or not and from multiple different connections.
SteamDB still has it as 2.91β¬ too. When I add it to the cart it is still 2.91β¬ too.

Bought on the first "mistake".
Maybe the developers put the discounts, and later they saw they had made a mistake, and corrected the price, but then sales figures came, and realized that with the mistake more gamers (many more) have bought their games than with the usual discounts.
Then they put back the discount to the lower price.

Well, they could have also fixed the bundle to be a "complete your set" bundle. Still, it's a nice price for the games, although it's not like they are AAA titles, it's more what spodamayn pointed out.

This may be a price error, I'm not sure but historically based on SteamDB, this bundle has never been so low.
These are kinda short games, but they have nice graphics and positive reviews.
