Check 2 things:
1- If you have voted more than one time with the same computer, you will not receive anything.
2- If you have GMail, check the Promotions tab. I have received the Battlepillars key there.

Got battlepillars, so this is not the case at least for me.
Also, I don't think that there's any way for the devs to check who voted and who didn't.

I voted once. And I don't have those "tabs" In Gmail as I deactivated them so all my e-mails go to one folder. I just didn't get it. Do you know their e-mail addy?

Exactly the same here... The only one I got was Motte Island, nothing else... I asked Carl about it but he replied to me that the key has already been sent out while I haven't received any, even in promotions tab...

You got a point but maybe some of them changed their mind. I don't see anything wrong with giving those games away. After all they had the right to take the keys for free just like everyone else. If they didn't abuse the system and got one key then I seriously don't see where the problem is. It's not like those keys were limited so everyone who wanted one, got one. Well, some people still didn't but I don't think that's connected.

still i dont think it would hurt to put them on the exploited games list, just the same way as they did with many promo games
even at those games it was impossible to predict if they bought it from steam but im more than sure in this case these are nearly all people exploiting game keys they got for free. Lets not be naive to think that they ever paid a buck for it

I voted for Motte Island, Battlepillars (or whatever is it called) that other gun game and I remember voting for this "cart" game too. (And basically every game they were buying votes for.)
Got none of the keys.
I know I shouldn't feel this way, but I kinda feel scammed. It's not about not getting those precious "free" keys, 'cause ALL these games gonna be in a bundle this year, I guarantee it; it's just, you know that feel, what I tried to describe, when they bought my vote for nothing, it feels like I just got scammed, to be honest.

They had some kind of signing up period and if you missed it, you don't get anything from what I noticed (even if you joined the group which was the only requirement initially). Was interested in one of those and joined the group for it, but didn't check the announcements on time either.

When we had to "vote for key" there were 2 requirements in order to get the key: vote and be part of that group.
Then later on they just "invent" this new third thing out of nothing, and if I heard correctly, for most of the games you had only like 1-2 days to sign up, so they make sure the least amount of people gonna sign up.

For several times I saw the announcements mentioning the games, and redemption (how to reserve).
So I think it was widely advertised how to participate.
So I'm not sure if there was "less stuff" to do before but I always saw the announcements and it went to those pages where I had to put my e-mail, vote for the game and sign in with steam through community.

In the beginning they only asked that you vote and be a member of the group. The Steam Login/Email form came later.

I know, and for those titles that got promoted once the system has been put in place it's been easier to make sure you don't miss some deadline. I am still not receiving my keys though and would definitely have preferred to be able to log on to the site with my Steam OpenID and see my keys right there.

Not only where the reserve your copy dates announced multiple times, you could even sign up to the newsletter so you would not miss a single announcement

For the people that missed the deadline Carlmundo even gave out an e-mail address redeem@... so people could mail him, just so nobody would be left behind.

I agree with this. At first I thought Swipecart looked ugly from the screenshots I saw but once I started playing the game I couldn't stop. I think they somehow put crack in their scripts and when you shake your mouse it releases small amounts of crack into your bloodstream to keep you addicted.
Sweezy Gunner on the other hand is a fun game but has some major problems that need to be fixed. The game sounds are tied into the music so if you turn the music volume down to zero in the options menu you'll have no game sounds. They also need to add controller support since it is supposed to be a twin-stick shooter. Also, there is no proper fullscreen, you can maximize the window to go fullscreen but it has no controller support so you're moving your mouse around the screen and if you use programs like Rocketdock you'll start opening programs when you really meant to shoot.
