if anyone who live's in russia and can help me please add me , i need a russian mobile number for a russian site registration , i can just register in the site with a russian mobile number , its totally free , if anyone can help me, please reply! :)

Seriously though, you are trying to circumvent some limitations ... the last time someone was asking for this, they got suspended, along with anyone offering advice on how to circumvent restrictions (Ubishop, anyone?).
