I Win a Game (Question)...

Hello. I have a game won. Ich got the key and it is a cd-key. not for steam. The Guy says I get the Game with torrent and activate with the winning key. What would you do? Sorry for bad english i used a Translator... :-(

Don't mark it as received. The game should be for Steam (few exceptions for Origin and Minecraft).

Screenshot it, report him, and mark it as not received. Torrenting is illegal, and this guy (The guy who made the give away) must be damn dumb!!

Torrenting in of itself is NOT illegal. What you torrent can be illegal though.

agreed, i can torrent from humble indie bundle and i sure as can hope that it's not illegal to do so.

as i got it he have org cd-key but that kind of key u can only write in game so he told him to download it and then write that cd-key in game
