giving away full CV games, which costs only Cents, speedrunning levels and RR = regional restricted to Turkey, there are a bunch of users using this abuse and they also have groups on Steam
I'm surprised this abuse didn't jumped your eye and if it did, asking myself how you thought such people would be helpful for your group

Are you sure about this?
Looking at his giveaways, there are barely any RR games he gave away.
Most of his giveaways are bundled games from Humble, same games most people here are giving away.
There is a bunch of similar game giveaways (around a year ago) - but even they don't have RR.

are you sure we're looking at the same user?
His last 4 public GAs were all RR Turkey, his complete second page is RR Turkey only and only 5 of all his GAs have no region restriction
Most of his giveaways are bundled games from Humble
Out of his 66 GAs, only 16 have reduced value, which means bundled, that's not most of his GAs
I also see barely any Humble Choice games, if any at all

I also applied earlier because my buddy was in this group, without seeing this post and got rejected :{

Hello,
I'm Mdk25, founder of Quality Games Giveaways (QGG) one of the oldest active group on SteamGifts.
I'm starting a new group, to let more people have a taste of quality giveaways (what QGG is all about).
This group will not have mandatory monthly giveaways, group ratio, or a "new member first giveaway" in order to join.
But instead, will have a more casual feel to it.
Everyone are welcome to give away games (with a minimal quality) or enter giveaways other people created.
Joining requirements:
• At least Level 3 on SteamGifts (and an active participant)
• Clean slate at SteamRep (https://steamrep.com)
• Steam profile has to be public
• Multiple or unredeemed wins within the last year - are forbidden.
• Given away QGG-style games in the past
• A least a decent Won/Sent ratio on SteamGifts (i.e. no leachers). Without abusing the regional pricing system.
• A decent No/Partial/Full value ratio between given games. Good ratio example. Bad ratio example. Borderline ratio example.
• If you're a former or current QGG member please let me know (It means you already passed the requirements, and it saves me time)
Giveaway rules:
Similarly to QGG, we will try to only have quality games in this group, so members are humbly requested to abide by the following rules when creating giveaways:
• Each giveaway should have 1,000+ reviews on Steam and 60%+ Steam rating OR 100+ reviews on Steam and 80%+ Steam rating. Games with 10,000+ reviews on Steam are allowed regardless of their steam rating.
• DLCs are valued according to base game reviews/score. i.e. If the base game is allowed according to rules, so are its DLCs.
• Everything else is allowed: shared giveaways, whitelist giveaways, whatever you want...

SteamGifts link: https://www.steamgifts.com/group/h1441/qgg-compation-group
P.S.
To join: both apply to join the Steam group and leave a message here. (it makes my life easier)
P. P. S.
I recommend signing up to THIS THREAD to get notified in case of special announcements.
