So a week ago, this person won my giveaway and so I emailed him the key. It's been a week and he still hasn't claimed it. I'm not sure if he has activated it yet so what should I do? Thank you for answering!

Check his library, check if he redeemed it, or contact support :o

Try resending the mail in case it was marked as spam or try to add him on Steam.

Send them a friend request and see if they have seen it yet.

In future, best to give them the key over chat since you can confirm they have it, since rerolls can't be done with a key if you have emailed it (unless you want to risk them having used the key elsewhere, leaving you with a new winner that won't receive their game unless you purchase a new copy)

This is why emails are no good. You can't tell if they would get it just fine or not receive it.
I would actually try contacting the person and see if he/she has received it yet.

I use steam chat for keys when I can but sometimes schedules just dont match. If I have to resort to email I always send an email asking for a response to ensure the address is valid and active before sending the key. If I dont get a response to that then I request a reroll due to being unable to contact the winner.

This is a very good advice. Will remember it if I won't have the time to share a key via chat.

Can you re-roll at this point?

Support would recommend against it. The winner could have easily used it on another account. If it was rerolled, then when the new winner goes to redeem it, nothing.

No, Support will not approve a re-roll request if the key has already been sent.

It's OP's fault for not getting in contact with the winner directly.

just provide proof to staff that you sent the email and have them mark it as sent for you idk if this would work, but it seems reasonable to me
