Hello people,

Is the GAMESLOAD store reliable?

https://www.gamesload.com
https://br-games.nexway.com

I'm looking to buy a game there, but I never bought it at this store.

In the list there is no link https://br-games.nexway.com, but when I try to access gamesload.com, I am redirected to https://br-games.nexway.com.

So, can we say that the BR site is reliable, since it redirected you to gamesload.com?

I would say yes, I read keys may have a delay to be delivered, and may be asked an ID for verification on purchase. But you can always search on google for what people says.

I just saw you are in Brazil so redirect is working just as intended to show prices in Brazilian real

Will it be if the keys sold there have country restriction? I want to buy to be activated in an account of a person from Argentina.

Don-t think so, unless it states any region restricted like in Nuuvem

You can be right, after all.
I already knew the nuuvem, but this store, with prices in R$, hasn't seen it.

Thank you for your help.

I am necroing the shit out of this, so I'm sorry.

But yeah, they do have some kind of region restrictions on br.nexway (alert for future buyers).

Got a key for Doom Eternal there to GA and despite not stating there were restrictions anywhere on the website, it couldn't be activated in Europe. When I asked for a refund, they said it was against their policies.

However, in Brazil there is a consumer law under the Consumers Defense Code (precisely article 49), that protects us and guarantees refunds if you request it before 7 days of receiving the product. When I "threatened" to go to a court under the protection of that code, my refund was granted.

So yeah, just trying to help people who will buy keys from them and who are from Brazil and might need a refund. If I didn't know about the code, I would have "lost" my money.

And not throwing shit on the website, on the contrary, it has a good UI and nice prices. But just as GamersGate, I wish it stated the keys restrictions somewhere.

This literally happened this whole past week, so I was thinking on making a whole thread about it, but I think there is no need for it since I can just state things here.

I purchased 2 games there, got keys and after several hours they sent me refund and Steam removed games from my account. I wrote to their support, but didn't get any response, so I created another ticket to delete my account.

Is the store a scam? I don't know, probably not.
Is the store reliable? No.

Damn, you guys really have never seen a price glitch in your life, have you? There's always a chance the keys will be revoked (and they often are). Gamesload is 100% legit and trustworthy. I bought there myself multiple times. The transaction for these keys was already deleted, refunded or whatever. Stop spreading nonsense about the store because it often has good deals (that are not glitches) and people might not take advantage of those because of it.

Well a couple of months ago, Fanatical mistakenly overdiscounted Kenshi and a lot of people (including me) bought the game at that time... And guess what Fanatical did?
They sucked it up. It was their mistake, and they decided not to punish the customers for that. Now that's what I would call a reliable store.
What Gamesload did is overdiscount a recent game to lure people in. Once the customers were there, they also put other stuff, with normal prices, in their baskets... Then Gamesload revokes and refunds the so-called "glitch priced" keys while still enjoying the money from the other purchases and the free publicity their site got.
Nothing illegal, but it's not the kind of ethics I expect from my retailers.

I think fanatical has a few times the budget of this store though, they could afford to suck it up.

Which part of my post is a nonsense? For me the store that makes a mistake and then washes its hands is not reliable. They didn't even bother to send some info, just reverted everything and act like that didn't happen.

Stop spreading nonsense about the store because it often has good deals (that are not glitches) and people might not take advantage of those because of it.

And how those people can be sure that this deal is not a bug? What if they give it as a gift to someone and the next day the key is revoked?
