Proof of prepurchase means that its a key, so it isnt a "official" steam bundle, but rather a third-party bundle(can be amazon, humble bundle or even some others)

i spent infinite coins with altered beast and golden axe; it would reach epic category if it contained outrun!!

That doesn't really mean anything, all the Humble Bundles have that too (random example).

I'm gonna go all Sega. Sega is more worthy than any of the charities Humble support. :D

Humble charities are all crap. I think Sega is more in need of money than those cash cows.

Sega hasn't made a good game in ages.
Also it's pretty ironic that you call charities cash cows...

Those games are either terrible unless you're a Sonic loving furry, remakes, or only published by Sega.
Nights was decent in 1995 but not anymore. You're just supporting my statement.

TIL you can only like Sonic games if you're a furry. Wait, what?

Or the original sonic.exe floods the internet, bringing millions of people the meaning of
true terror!

People often do yes. That is also why people predicted Focus Home interactive 3 weeks before it actually came.

Did anybody actually like Condemned? My wife has it on the Xbox, and I tried it, and it was just terribad.
Definitely interested in the Genesis games. I always liked Nintendo better growing up (well their first two consoles in the US, and the Game Boy) but Sega is definitely handling PC gaming better. Emulators aside I think the only NES games you can get on PC are five from Konami: they made a Castlevania/Contra pack a while ago. All three Castlevania and both Contra games from the NES. Basically an official emulator. I played CV2 Simon's Quest start to finish with it. It was perfect (emulation).

Condemned is one of the few Xbox games I still own, I thought it was a great game.

Condemned is amazing, my second all-time favorite horror game. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Gets really messed up the closer you get to the end. What's not to love about getting attacked by an army of hobos for no reason at all?

I stand corrected... Glad to see it's a game some people liked. I didn't get far, so maybe I unfairly disliked it, I just didn't care for the premise.
Horror games generally don't do a thing for me. The first two Resident Evil games were fun, but not scary, although the big guy in RE2 had some scary entrances. I forget his name. Fans of the series know who I'm talking about. The first Silent Hill was creepy, but the fog annoyed me, rather than scaring me as per the developer's intent. Fallout 3 has a couple scary parts, but just mildly. Whatever makes people scared of certain triggers, I lack, or it's nerfed.

Yesterday, while browsing SteamDB, I found a newly created entry called Sega Halloween Bundle (it was renamed to generic Steam Sub a few minutes after it was created), including:
Now, because this entry has attribute Proof of Prepurchase Only, which is used for keys, it's almost sure it won't be a Steam store bundle. It might not be a Humble bundle (Sega does have sales on Amazon quite often), but considering Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed retail sub was updated a minute before this bundle was created, I believe we might see a Sega weekly sale soon with Sonic All-Stars as BTA.
EDIT: Well, it was a Sega Store bundle. Sorry for getting your hopes up.
