What is your favorite Sport (either to watch or play)?
I actually cant get any fun out of watching any sport... i mean i like playing most sports but watching random people that i dont know have fun on tv it is just boring to me

No, capoeira's definitely fighting, not dancing. But it is traditional to play music while sparring.

It was illegal until about a century ago. At the time if you were caught practising capoeira you were arrested on the spot. Doing a non-contact dance variation of capoeira wouldn't have given you a free pass. What did happen, though, was quite sneaky. It was quite typical for people to play music on the streets. Whenever musicians saw police, cavalry or guards coming past they'd change the music they were playing, and any sparring group would stop and do a samba or other actual dance. So there was a wave of music following patrolmen around wherever they went, but they didn't notice because that was all they heard, and they saw people dancing wherever they went so they perceived it as ordinary behaviour.
Capoeira was and is still a contact martial art. The attacks are fast and often powerful enough to break bones. But it has a very strong emphasis on avoiding being hit, so you don't see contact very often (especially if you mainly watch friendly sparring).
