Best are the bundles: Humble Bundle, Indie Gala, Indie Royale, Groupees, etc, but there were some f2p games that gave you +1 games, idk, maybe someone else know? Because some f2p games don't give +1 anymore, but maybe others still, but idk about them.

If you're looking for cheap ways to add garbage to your steam library, I suggest bundles of course, and also checking http://steamdb.info/sales/ - but be sure you don't already own half of it. :)
Some things you might want to check in this sale are Mumbo Jumbo Collection, NovaLogic Everything Pack, PopCap Complete Pack. I'm sure someone has better suggestions... :)
