I made 3 giveaways (limit for first timer), all gifts have been sent and all still waiting for replies.

I have 4 more games to give. Need to know how long or what criteria must be met to post new giveaways.

Is it 1 received gift to be able to create 1 giveaway?

1 received gift to create "x" amount of extra giveaways?

All 3 must be "received gift" to add more giveaways?

I read the FAQ and nothing there, unless I missed it.

Once 1 is marked as recieved you'll be able to create another giveaway, once there's 2 marked as recieved you'll be able to create 2 giveaways and so on.

After all 3 are "received" am I still limited to 3 giveaways at any one time?

It actually increases over time, max 3 giveaways at a time to start off with. You need to mark them as sent, then wait for the winner to mark off as received before creating more giveaways. Since your new, 1 giveaway received = 1 more giveaway you can create, over time if they all get marked off as received you'll be able to create 6 giveaway or more at a time, increasing the allowance, etc. The giveaway limitation also counts as multiple copies of the same gift.

It is indeed in the FAQ; sometimes it's a bit difficult to find what you're looking for though (It's being remade now though). From the FAQ:

*'The feedback system is setup to ensure users maintain a minimum of roughly 75% received on their gifts sent. Three is added to this number to give new users room to get started. For example...

A user has 35 received, 10 not received (78%). They would be limited to a total of 12 not received before dropping below 75%, plus the 3 given to all users, so 15 in total. Since they already have 10 not received, they could post 5 additional gifts. Another user has 10 received, 0 not received (100%). They're able to post 3 not received gifts before reaching 75%. Once again, add the 3 to this number, and they can list 6 additional gifts.'*

That sums it up nicely to a degree, it does not mention that if you delete the giveaway you will lose one of these slots. It's something to be aware of if you have a low number of possible slots. The above basically means that the number of giveaways you can create is the amount that you would be able to have as 'Not received' before reaching a percentage (of your total giveaways) below 75%, and then adding 3 is the amount that you can create. Note the amount is diminished by deleting your own. I also think it applies when staff deletes your giveaway for breaking one of the rules also...?
