If you even don't have good ideas - don't start. I bet you are 100000000th group with "developers" like 14-years olds and without any programmer, but with roles like "physics guy, mathematics guy, creators, managers, super managers, general managers".

I can help you with spanish translations since it's my mother language and I believe I speak, read and write english in a decent way.

some features i like from horde games:
-fortifications
-different classes
-rewards for doing head-shots, x number of kills,etc
-lots of different difficulties.
-local co-op (this is very important to me)
-lots of different useful weapons
-some randomness in the waves of enemies so that i can't memorize the waves
-some enemies that make me change strategies so the games doesn't get monotonous.

i could say a few more sugestions but it would be easier if i knew youer game. my advice is to look at the best, killing floor, dungeon defenders, nazi zombies, toy soldiers, etc

What really gets me into these 'horde' type games is fortifications and the different types of weapons.
If you could add, I don't know, survivability, like thirst and stuff, that'd be cool too. But I don't think that's what you're trying to aim for. lol

Well...you guys didnt even mention the language you will code or the programs you gonna use.. This whole project will never be done I believe ;)

kill recap like in unreal tournament so that you can see who killed you, to prevent campers, clear colors for friend and enemy so you can tell them apart, spawn protection so no spawn camping, maybe even random spawn points
