If I do public or relatively public giveaways with a CV level then it is to reward people who give to the community. And if I see people who just do private group giveaways and benefit from being in those groups but also use their CV to enter and win public giveaways then I blacklist them because otherwise I would be giving games to people that I didn't intend.
It isn't anything personal, that is just how I see things. If I'm giving away games I want it to be as fair as possible in my mind.

You blacklisted me, and I don't always do "private group giveaways". The group giveaways I am doing are mostly publicly open groups anyone can join; and my private GAs are mostly hidden GAs, puzzles or linked on discussion threads, I just don't like simply posting a plain public GA.

Your blacklisting has nothing to do with your group giveaways. Your blacklisting is completely unrelated to the blacklisting of humankillerz.

You have lots of choices. Like me you can clearly afford to make giveaways, so you in fact have exactly the same choices as me.
You could not be in a group. You could only be in groups that don't require you to 'pay' to stay in (all my groups are 'free' in that sense). You could make giveaways for your group and also public giveaways for the community. You could make only group giveaways and enter only group giveaways and choose not to enter public giveaways.
You have simply chosen to make only giveaways that benefit yourself through your groups and their ratios and also to take from the wider community that you don't contribute to. Which is fine, there are no rules against that. But apparently I also get to choose to make giveaways that you can't enter like I can't enter yours. And that is what I have done.
