dark souls characters problem

so i got like 7 characters but one of them (main one) does not load, it says fail loading saved data. do you know what to do, if not can you tell me any official forum or posts where can i post my problem?

I think you need to buy a browser with installed Google.

Hmmm, if you were using the wonderful dsfix, you may have some backup saves in C:\\Users\\(you)\\Documents\\NBGI\\DarkSouls\\(your gfwl name)

DRAKS0005.sl2 is the save file, and all the blabla.bak are backups. Make a backup of this whole directory (in case you screw something up) and rename one of the blabla.bak to DRAKS0005.sl2. Then load the game, see if it works. If it doesn't work, try with a different blabla.bak. Good luck!
