Rise of Venice

Hey, I just saw 'Rise of Venice' is on sale, and it looks interesting.
I didn't play any trade simulator games such as Patrician or Port Royale, so I don't know these kind of games.
The reviews are kinda balanced... few say it's good, few say it doesn't.
I like playing simulator and strategic games such as Civ, Total War etc...
Would I like this game? I don't wanna waste my money on a game i wouldn't like :/

I can say its apparantly one of the better ones, Just as good as port royale etc but i have yet to play it, also If you have not tried patrician or port royale, I suggest you do, your missing out.

Hopefully will have some ga's for rise of venice i saw it on sale after i spent my last xD

I really haven't play the game, but just to let you now, it had a 91% discount for a few minutes until Steam fixed it :s

It was 91% off for the first minute or two of the sale. I almost got it, but steam guard ruined everything for me since I was on work computer :(
