My first comment wasn't clear enough. He needs to realise that Steamgifts forums isn't just somewhere he can gain followers for his Twitter account. Throw in an unknown giveaway as an incentive and it's all good? I don't agree with that at all.

I think I contribute enough to the forums, yet I never ask anyone for any favours. OP spends barely any time in the Steamgifts forums and expects the community to help him out when he wants it. He shouldn't ask strangers to help him when he's the only one who benefits. That's not right.

If you are refering to me i don't get anything with this... i'm just divulging my new project. The people that follow me and/or join the steamgroup dont spend any money doing it and they can win games that i buy to give and listen to music that they may know or not. So... please explain me how am i the one that benefits with this?

That's simple, why did you open this thread? To gather support. It's not even on Steamgifts, you're trying to use the community here to benefit your Twitter. This forum is not designed for self promotion.
Maybe I was being a bit harsh in my previous statement, but it just angers me that people think it's ok to ask a community for support when they want it instead of when they deserve it.

I opened the thread here because if i'm giving away games. So, logically i should inform gamers, and steamgift is the best site i know for it. Steamgift is an awesome site and have an awesome forum with nice people.
I know that i don't spend much time in the forum because of my lack of time... but i use steamtrade sometimes and i've shown steamgift to my friends and some of them already made giveaways.
But if the problem here is that i opened a thread and i don't help people in other threads i'll try to get a bit of time to come here and help others... But i get your point.

I think this venture would be more popular and transparent if your giveaway actually took place on Steamgifts.
Some cynics might brand this post as "spam", and view it as abusing the Steamgifts forums to run off-site giveaways.

An alternative might be to set up a Steam group for your Twitter subscribers, and run the giveaway that way? Just a thought...

I have no giveaways at all yet my twitter accounts have 120 followers and 50 followers by doing nothing. If I can do it anyone can lol I can get to 500 followers easily though I just need to bring a few famous people in tweets.

Hi guys.
I have a new project called music of the day on twitter. So i thought... instead of asking people to follow me on twitter for nothing more than the music i'll ask them to follow me for the music and for the giveaway.
Basicly it's this..... more followers = more giveaways.
the first will be made at 100 followers.
