(by proxy, Picard is second best) (i grew up with Picard as the Captain of the enterprise, loving all Q eipsodes and Q himself , with Data and Spot being part of my favorites of the crew members)

Picard, because Kirk needed Spock to work. Then again Picard needed Data hmmm -_-

Jean-Luc is le préférable choix in sis circumstance, as il est un true gentleman et très cool capitan, quite unlike monsieur Kirk!
